Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time
    • Orders are forwarded to the compounding partner once authorization is confirmed. Production and dispatch usually occur within 1–3 business days. 
  1. Delivery Time
    • Typical delivery within the EU is 3–8 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email. 
  1. Carriers
    • We use registered EU couriers that provide tracking and proof of delivery. 
  1. Shipping Areas
    • Currently shipping within the EU and EEA only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses. 
  1. Lost or Damaged Parcels
    • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@centabiolab.com within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate and arrange replacement or refund where appropriate.
