Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Eligibility
    • Personalized and compounded formulations cannot be returned once production has begun, except in cases of shipping error or damage. 
  1. Defective or Incorrect Items
    • If the product arrives incorrect or damaged, notify us within 14 days of delivery at support@centabiolab.com. Please include photos and your order reference. 
  1. Refunds
    • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation. 
  1. Order Cancellation
    • Orders may be cancelled prior to production by contacting support@centabiolab.com. Once production starts, the order is final. 
  1. Consumer Rights
    • These terms do not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
