  1. About Centa Bio Lab
    • Centa Bio Lab Ltd (“Centa Bio Lab”, “we”, “our”, “us”) coordinates fulfillment and delivery for practitioner-authorized compounded formulations. Centa Bio Lab Ltd is registered in Malaga, Spain under company no. 2024C3691310381H with its registered office at Centa Biotech SL, Alameda Principal 11, 29001 Malaga, Spain.
  1. Scope of Service
    • Centa Bio Lab receives validated orders from telehealth or clinical partners, forwards them to an independently licensed compounding partner for production, and arranges shipment to the end user. 
      Centa Bio Lab does not diagnose, prescribe, manufacture, or alter any formulation. 
  1. Pricing & Payment
    • All prices shown include VAT and standard delivery within the EU unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through certified EU payment gateways using encryption. Orders are deemed accepted once full payment is confirmed. 
  1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
    • Orders are prepared only after practitioner authorization is confirmed. Fulfillment timelines depend on production and courier schedules, typically 3-8 business days. 
  1. Consumer Rights & Withdrawal
    • For personalized or compounded formulations, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal ends once production has begun. You may withdraw your order before compounding commences by contacting support@centabiolab.com. 
  1. Returns & Refunds
    • See the separate Returns Policy. Refunds are processed within 14 days once eligibility is verified. 
  1. Liability
    • Centa Bio Lab is not liable for clinical outcomes or misuse of any product. Liability for delivery errors or defective packaging is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. 
  1. Data Protection
    • Personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and EU GDPR Regulation (2016/679). 
  1. Jurisdiction
    • These terms are governed by the laws of Malaga, Spain. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

  • The compounded formulation is produced by an independent licensed compounding partner under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
